During the month of June, visit the museum to discover how Naperville developed from Joseph Naper’s original homestead site. From building shelter to planting crops, it takes a great deal of hard work, followed by celebrations, to establish a settlement. A variety of activities will be offered throughout the month based on the theme, “Building A Town,” including activity stations that feature pelts and trading items. Try pioneer chores like planting corn, food processing and building with Lincoln Logs®. View maps depicting the growth of the town, participate in a scavenger hunt and more.
