West Coast premiere of GUITAR: The Instrument That Rocked the World, a new exhibition that has it all: Music. Technology. Science. Video. History. Pop culture. Games. Entertainment. This exhibition presents visitors with an engaging, entertaining, educational and hands-on experience with one of the most important icons in history: the guitar. The guitar is the single most enduring icon in American history.

Have a beach blast as you dip into a variety of special activities, like moon sand, sailboats and a lobster art project. Play beach balloon volleyball. Join the limbo contest! Learn about tropical life through stories and experiments, and design a Life’s a Beach collage.

We’re bringing the tropics to the MMCM! So, wear your tropical attire, and plan on playing fun tropical games. While you’re here, create a take-home sea turtle craft, or play in the sand box….or both!

Visitors can search for images of different seashells hidden throughout the museum. Completed scavenger hunt charts will be displayed in the Art Mart. While you’re here, try your hand at creating an egg carton fish scene, or play in the sand box….or both!

Our Students perform in 3 Christmas Variety Shows. The songs are a variety of Christmas songs played in ensembles of strings and woodwinds, piano groups, Rock Bands and choral arrangements. It is formal attire in a theater setting. Show times are: 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, and 5;30 pm. The cost of tickets is $8.00 if purchased at our studio or $10 each at the door.

Join us for a heart warming celebration of music. SPCM students and faculty preform a variety of pieces, sure to get you into the holiday spirit. Hear pianists, recorder playerss, Renaissance Band, Klezmer clarinet, Saint Paul Children's chorus, Suzuki Strings, 6 year old drumming sensation Ky Ngo, and so much more! Proceeds benefit our Music for All program.
