Back by popular demand…. Get your glam on! Are you ready for tu-tu much fun? The Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum is hosting a Diva Day on Saturday, February 22, 2013. The MMCM will feature special programs between noon and 3 pm. Visit the Art Mart and create a diva wand or beaded bracelet. Choose a diva face paint design. Meet the Saginaw and Bay County Pageant Queens and Princesses and enjoy a talent show. Professional stylists will demonstrate the latest little diva hair styles, accessories and nail art….and so much more! Wear your tutu and enter our drawing to win a diva prize!

Dry Ice Skating – Go Figure?

Children will experience the fun of “in your socks” ice skating without the ice, and join in a dry snowball fight….all in the indoor comfort of the MMCM! While you’re in town, show your MMCM Membership at The Spirit Store, 5789 State Street, and receive $1 off the price of hockey ticket(s) for the February 14 and 15 Spirit games. Valid at the State Street location only. Wear Saginaw Spirit apparel or show any Saginaw Spirit ticket stub and get $1 off admission at the MMCM Friday-Sunday, February 14-16, 2013.

All Aboard!

The Saginaw River Valley Model Railroad Club, organized in 1978, is the oldest modular club in Saginaw County. Their Modular HO Gauge Railroad will be on display for the public to enjoy. Club members will be on hand at selected times to answer questions, promote the hobby and tell the history of railroads.

Homeschool Enviro-Fest

Environmental classes and fun for all ages! There will be 2 classes for each 'grade group' - one related to land animals and one related to water. All classes will be geared specifically for the varying 'grade groups' and meet the learning standards of PA, NY, and NJ. Student Groups: Preschool (3-5 Years), Grades K-2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8, High School (Grades 9-12). Families registering 3 or more children receive a discount.
