The MMCM will feature special programs between noon and 3 pm. Visit the Art Mart and create a diva wand or beaded bracelet. Choose a diva face paint design. Meet the Saginaw and Bay County Pageant Queens and Princesses and enjoy a talent show. Professional stylists will demonstrate the latest little diva hair styles, accessories and nail art….and so much more! Wear your tutu and enter our drawing to win a diva prize!

Children will experience the fun of “in your socks” ice skating without the ice, and join in a dry snowball fight….all in the indoor comfort of the MMCM! The Saginaw River Valley Model Railroad Club, organized in 1978, is the oldest modular club in Saginaw County. Their Modular HO Gauge Railroad will be on display for the public to enjoy. Club members will be on hand at selected times to answer questions, promote the hobby and tell the history of railroads.

Children will use their imagination and a variety of undefined art materials to create a one-of-a-kind, take-home valentine.

Environmental classes and fun for all ages! There will be 2 classes for each 'grade group' - one related to land animals and one related to water. All classes will be geared specifically for the varying 'grade groups' and meet the learning standards of PA, NY, and NJ. Student Groups: Preschool (3-5 Years), Grades K-2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8, High School (Grades 9-12). Families registering 3 or more children receive a discount. Ecozone Discovery Room! Sunday, February 23 – 1:00-4:00pm $2 per person Climb into a bald eagle’s nest, crawl into a bat cave, and dig in a fossil pit! Explore this indoor discovery room and enjoy hands-on exhibits on natural history, sustainability and the local environment. No registration required.

Family Ice Fishing Saturday, February 22 – 1:00-3:30pm $10 child / $5 adult Learn the basics of ice fishing and try your luck on our ponds. We provide all of the equipment. Dress in warm layers. No fishing licenses required. Spaces limited. Call to reserve your spot!

Animal Tracking Saturday, February 8 – 10:00am-12:00pm Free for members / $5 for non-members Animals leave behind clues that give us glimpses into their lives. Explore our natural areas for tracks, trails, scat, territory marks, eat marks, and other signs that animals leave as they travel through the fields and forests of the Poconos.
