The Handwriting Without Tears Program® is intended for children between the ages of 6 and 11. The program will focus on a combination of print and cursive, depending on the child’s age, school expectancy and the parents’ wishes. Each 60-minute class will incorporate games and sensory-motor activities affecting handwriting abilities, as well as guided handwriting practice. Correct letter formation, letter reversal, letter sizing, spacing, letter alignment and pencil grip will all be taught to children and their parents.

Cheer on teams of local architects, designers and contractors as they compete to design and build gingerbread houses “Iron Chef” style.
