Using milk right off the farm, you'll make cheese from start to finish. Participants will make both hard and soft cheeses while learning the history and science behind one of our favorite foods. This program is designed for participants ages 16+.

Families Exploring Together - Create a Natural Weaving with a Primitive Loom

EXPLORE FLORIDA'S WONDERS: Crystal River Excursion - Manatee Swim!

Join us on an adventure to the Gulf Coast! Learn about the endangered Florida manatee and experience an "up close and personal" meeting with the Sea Cows. Snorkeling Swim provided by Bird's Underwater Dive Center. Wetsuits, mask, and snorkels required, and equipment rentals available. Manatee Swim will be followed by a visit to the Crystal River Archaeological State Park where we will have a private tour and see Native American sites over 2,000 years old. Ages 10-14 years.
