The Hulbert Homeschool Week offers participants a chance to come together for a week of fun and adventure, gathering with other homeschoolers to learn, form lasting friendships, and build a true working community. Whether it be performing at the talent show, picking up a new skill, speaking out in community meeting, or living away from home for a week, during the Hulbert Homeschool Week participants have the opportunity to explore, to learn about themselves, and to take risks in a supportive and caring atmosphere.

Come explore the history of the flag and the Aztec origin of the eagle and the cactus in the flag’s coat of arms. Enjoy the story of the founding of Tenochtitlan, now Mexico City, and learn more about the Mexica people. And don’t miss the make-and-take-home project!

Neuromuscular Integrative Action began as Non Impact Aerobics and combines nine movement forms, drawing from the dance arts, martial arts, and the healing arts. A fun workshop for those with little or no painting experience. The emphasis will be on enjoyment in painting, finding confidence and inspiration to begin or continue through development of basic painting skills. All materials provided. Pre-registration required one week prior to class. Students will be led through a landscape painting, learning winter landscape painting techniques(can view similar paintings on website).
