Neuromuscular Integrative Action began as Non Impact Aerobics and combines nine movement forms, drawing from the dance arts, martial arts, and the healing arts. The art of NIA focuses on listening to your body, and the joy of movement. Taught by Mona Scott, life-long dancer, white belt in NIA, and TAE boardmember. Ages 18+.
