GUITAR: The Instrument that Rocked the World, Jun 14 – Nov. 30, 2013 GUITAR: The Instrument That Rocked The World” is a Touring Exhibition of The National GUITAR Museum that offers attendees an entertaining, engaging, and hands-on experience with one of the most important cultural icons in history—the guitar. Sponsored by Chesbro Music, the exhibition is comprised of three elements: the science of sound; the evolution, engineering, and design of the guitar; and its cultural impact.

Spring Babies Petting Zoo Saturday, April 13 , 1-3:00 pm $3/person (child or adult)/15-minute visit, PLUS Museum admission Space is limited, payment due at time of registration: 815-895-9777 Stop by for a visit with some spring babies and be sure to bring your cameras! We'll be hosting baby chicks, bunnies, ducklings, goats, and lambs. STEM Exploration Lab presented in partnership with NIU STEM Outreach Saturday, March 30, 10:00 am-4:00 pm $10 non-members / $8 members (adults & kids ages 3 & up) - OR - purchase a 1-year membership that day (or add a year to your existing membership) and get in FREE! The Museum will be filled with dozens of hands-on science exhibits and interactive demonstrations.
