We teach decoding vocabulary, fluency and comprehension skills to students ages 5-12 who have difficulty reading. We asses your child to find their strengths and weaknesses in the area of Reading. Then we will write up a progress report and go over the results during a parent/teacher meeting. After conferencing with the parent an individualized plan is devised that will meet your child's academic needs. Our program "Pathways to the Mind" uses imagery to teach your child to read. This is different from the traditional approach taken in a classroom setting.
