Since 1994 groups of our piano and voice students have gathered to enjoy the season and find their inner-goblin at this quirky, whimsical, autumnal concert. This show is specifically designed for beginner to intermediate students - so they have an inspiring start to their journey of music making.

Our Saturday Yoga for Kids class, FREE to NEW Students! Yoga for Kids is a fun yoga class designed specifically for a child’s developing body and mind. Students will learn good breathing habits and relaxation techniques while developing concentration, balance, strength, and flexibility. Creating stillness in body and mind is encouraged. The Saturday class is taught by Raghunath (Sali Ryan) who has been a special education teacher in PEP (Positive Education Program) since 1987.

Our Wednesday Yoga for Kids class, FREE to NEW Students! Yoga for Kids is a fun yoga class designed specifically for a child’s developing body and mind. Students will learn good breathing habits and relaxation techniques while developing concentration, balance, strength, and flexibility. Creating stillness in body and mind is encouraged. The Wednesday class is taught by Lily, an energetic high school student who has studied yoga all her life and has been teaching the Kids Yoga class for many years. This class is supervised by a regular Atma Center instructor.

Monday-Sunday, October 19-25, 2009: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Bring a clean pillowcase to the Mid-Michigan Children's Museum. Change your plain pillowcase into a fun and functional work of art!

Monday-Sunday, October 12-18, 2009: 2:30-4:30 p.m. - We will dim the lights in the Art Mart Gallery so you can draw shadows and silhouettes.

Story Time: Feel free to bring your sleeping bag along to story time every Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. beginning Wednesday, October 7, 2009 through Wednesday, October 28, 2009.

Explore the coldest reaches of space as you re-live the adventures of favorite fictional space adventurers, and dream of what may be “out there” as you build a moon base, space station, space ship, or even go on a Galaxy Quest! Exhibit hours: Monday–Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon – 5:00 p.m. Included with regular admission; free for members. Sponsored by NCR.
