Our Wednesday Yoga for Kids class, FREE to NEW Students!
Yoga for Kids is a fun yoga class designed specifically for a child’s developing body and mind. Students will learn good breathing habits and relaxation techniques while developing concentration, balance, strength, and flexibility. Creating stillness in body and mind is encouraged.
The Wednesday class is taught by Lily, an energetic high school student who has studied yoga all her life and has been teaching the Kids Yoga class for many years. This class is supervised by a regular Atma Center instructor.
