Our Saturday Yoga for Kids class, FREE to NEW Students! Yoga for Kids is a fun yoga class designed specifically for a child’s developing body and mind. Students will learn good breathing habits and relaxation techniques while developing concentration, balance, strength, and flexibility. Creating stillness in body and mind is encouraged.
The Saturday class is taught by Raghunath (Sali Ryan) who has been a special education teacher in PEP (Positive Education Program) since 1987.
