Class Description 9am-12pm daily from July 6th to July 10th for ages 7-13 Your camper will take a journey across the globe during Cultural Camp. Campers will learn about the country of Japan while exploring various visual and performing arts games and activities. Campers will participate in three 45 minutes classes through out the morning with our teaching artists. Journey to Japan After centuries of instability and war, The Tokugawa shogunate (a feudal military government) gained control of Japan in 1603 with a commitment to bring peace and stability to the country.

Puppetry Puppetry is one of the oldest forms of storytelling and uniquely crosses all cultural and linguistic barriers. It has been used for thousands of years as a way to pass down ancestral lore, teach allegories, provide entertainment and add meaning to ceremonies.

Mathnasium Center Director, Jessica Ludwig has a plethora of tips and activities to help your child learn the mental math strategies for basic addition and subtraction facts to ultimately eliminate finger counting. This webinar is designed for parents to attend with their children but parents can also attend on their own and apply the strategies learned at a later date.
