Tidewater LEAD

We're on a mission to equip teenagers with leadership skills and knowledge for a successful transition to adulthood. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we're dedicated to nurturing the potential of our youth for a brighter, more promising future. WHY? Tidewater LEAD was founded on the belief that every young person should have access to quality leadership development opportunities. Our doors are open to all teens, whether from public school, private school, homeschool, or virtual school programs. In-person events take place in Hampton Roads, VA but we also have virtual participation opportunities throughout the year. HOW? Our programs empower student members through leadership education, mentorship, hands-on leadership experiences, workshops, conferences, competitive events, and opportunities to build essential skills and self-confidence through community connections.
