Educational, emotional and appropriate for all ages, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition takes visitors on a journey through the life of Titanic. Along the way visitors will learn countless stories of heroism and humanity that pay honor to the indomitable force of the human spirit in the face of tragedy. On April 15, 1912, the RMS Titanic met an untimely end when it sank after colliding with an iceberg in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean.

Digital technology has had a two-fold effect on traditional forms of publishing. On the one hand the printed book may be on the way to becoming an antique form; on the other, typefaces have exploded in number and style with the advent of desktop printing. This exhibit examines the expanded definition of the book while also considering the meaning carried by specific typefaces in different media. Guest curators.
