This one hour class for ages 7 - 14 provides students with cheerleading and dance skills without competitive pressures. Class includes learning jumps, motions, cheers and dances, as well as ways to build strength, flexibility, endurance and the importance of team building. This one hour class for ages 7 - 11 focuses on building the technical skills, freestyle ability and mastering Hip Hop choreography.
