Apex is an academic co-op focused on “core” subjects. Classes are held on Mondays from 9:30 - 12:30. Courses begin the Monday after Labor Day and run for 14 consecutive weeks. After a break for Christmas, there is a 14-week spring semester. Apex offers four unique age groups. It is possible your child might fit into more than one age group. You know your child best, however, the teacher knows their materials best. Home Educators of Southwest Mississippi is a non-profit homeschool group which offers support to homeschool families. HESWM has baseball, basketball, and cross country teams. HESWM also offers Beta Club, spring formal dances, and a formal graduation ceremony for members seniors. Lego league and Robotics along with field trips are also hosted by this group.

Truth Academy is a Christian home school drop-off program which meets Fridays in the west metro at Calvary Memorial Church, providing home school classes that are designed to support parents in providing a high quality education for their children. Classes are "a la carte" for students in grade school through high school.

ESCHEL is a community of Christian families working together to enhance their children’s home education. We offer classes for home-educated students from preschool through high school.

Individual tutoring, study groups, courses, or creative one day learning events crafted and taught by a veteran teacher and homeschool parent. We can meet at Pine Grove Bible Church in Brooklyn Park, or at your Minnesota location. I have been teaching for over 20 years in public school, homeschool, individual and group settings. Secular and inclusive homeschool group with summer and school year programs. 1st and 3rd Wednesday is Nature Group (meets at various locations), 2nd and 4th Wednesday are classes/activities/events at the Austin Public Library and 5th Wednesdays is book club (meets at library). Wood Lake Nature Center provides fun and educational programs for homeschoolers grades K through 6 as well as public and private schools. Homeschool associations can contact the nature center to request a program based on the wide variety of programs we offer year round. Programs are 1.5 hours long. Cost is $5 per person ($60 minimum). Equip Christian Homeschool Coop is a parent led and taught academic coop meant to encourage and support one another in our individual homeschool journeys. We meet on Wednesday mornings from 9am to Noon for 24 weeks during the school year. We have optional additional activities such as field trips, park days, etc. We have offerings from nursery through high school so that the whole family can attend.
