Arizona Families for Home Education
Arizona Families for Home Education (AFHE) is the statewide organization, dedicated to inspiring, promoting, and preserving home education in Arizona. AFHE is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has been serving the Arizona homeschool community since 1983.
Requirements: AFHE membership is open to Arizona homeschool families.
Benefits: We host an annual convention, junior high and senior high graduation ceremonies, publish a quarterly magazine, watch legislation that may affect the freedom to homeschool, publish a list of Arizona homeschool support groups, answer questions about homeschooling, and much more.
North Baldwin Christian Academy
North Baldwin Christian Academy currently serves as an educational resource center as well as a cover school for home educators. We host shared classes teaching The Study of Environmental Science through Creation classes, Sciences, English Lit, Math classes, Writing / Journalism. Come and enjoy educational field trips made available for families in Baldwin and Mobile County. Open house is held once a year to our family members living in Alabama. We assist with drivers Ed, sports, ACT, SAT, honor clubs, scholarship opportunities, dual enrollment opportunities, and formals along with a graduation program every year. North Alabama Home Educators
NAHE is an inclusive support group for anyone in the north Alabama area with an interest in home education.
Requirements: None
Benefits: We sponsor bi-monthly park and play days with occasional special events or activities. LFHSC- Lake Forest Home School Club
The LFHSC is an activities and support group for Christian homeschoolers in Baldwin County, Alabama living on the Eastern Shore.
Requirements: There is no cost to participate with our group but the web-designer requires a fee for website access to private pages containing the monthly calendar, family directory and photo gallery. Each parent agrees to volunteer to plan an activity or assist a team of parents in planning an activity for the club each year they are in the club.

Journey of Faith Christian School and Homeschool Covering
Administrator's Name: Cynthia Hammontree Sponsoring church: Faith Baptist Church, Stevenson, Alabama Enrollment area: Statewide Services: We do have a support group that meets on a weekly and or monthly basis. We have co-op classes, fieldtrips, graduations, yearly awards for each student, transcripts, yearbooks, proms, and much more. We offer curriculum advice but we do not provide curriculum. Additional Info: We open our meetings, co-op classes, and fieldtrips to all families. We do not charge extra for any of this unless a co-op class needs supplies. Donations are accepted for classes if you wish to give a donation, but its not necessary.
Requirements: We have no requirements except asking for you to please act in a Christian manner at all meetings and outings. Contact me if you have any questions, ideas, or suggestions.
