North OC Homeschoolers
Designed to help homeschooling/unschooling families in North Orange County connect, build community, and share resources. We welcome all families: from unschoolers to charterschoolers, whether you stay at home or work full time... or even if you're just curious about this whole homeschooling "thing" ... join and share with each other your homeschooling experience! We have regular park days and schedule field trips throughout the year to various locations around southern California.
Requirements: None; we are open to everyone!

Christian Home Educators Association of California
he Christian Home Educators Association (CHEA) of California, Inc. is a non-profit ministry established in 1982 to provide information, support, and training to the home education community throughout the state, to advance the Kingdom of Jesus Christ by promoting private Christian home education as an outstanding educational opportunity; providing information, training and support to the homeschool community; and protecting the God-given right of parents to direct the education and training of their children, to the glory of God. CHEA labors year round on behalf of homeschoolers by hosting an Annual Convention each year; co-sponsoring many other events throughout the state; providing an extensive website that offers news, information, articles, and many resources including how to get started and teaching high school manuals; providing Membership opportunities such as discounts, etc, protecting your rights through partnering with Family Protection Ministries (legislative consultants) and Home School Legal Defense Association; and partnering with other national organizations such as The Alliance of Home Education Leadership and American Home Education and Discipleship (AHEAD) Conferences.

Bayside Homeschool Network
BHN is a Christ centered ministry sponsored by the women’s ministry at Bayside Church in Granite Bay. Our purpose is to support, encourage, and enable women to joyfully fulfill their calling to educate their children at home. We endeavor to provide a place for women to grow in Christ and be replenished. The needs are unique to women who educate their own children and we nurture relationships among homeschooling mothers, alongside their children, while being a witness for Christ.
Requirements: Since this is a women's ministry, the monthly meeting is for the mother's. All other events, (except mom's night out), is open to the whole family.

The Education Alliance
We network about 75 local support groups together, organized Home School Day at the Capitol, monitor legislative meetings at the state capitol and keep all of our members informed about what laws/bills may effect home schooling.
Requirements: Just a name and address. We also have an e-mail network and a Facebook page if you are interested.
Benefits: We issue a monthly newsletter keeping our members up to date with what is going on in the world of home schooling in Arkansas, issue a regular email update, provide educator cards/student ID cards, provide two graduations, issue diplomas, construct transcripts for students who need it and provide information packets to new or potential homeschoolers.
Saline County Christian Home Education Association, Inc (SCCHEA)
To join SCCHEA you must accept and sign of Statement of Faith.
Benefits: We offer a basketball program for boys and girls ages 7 to 18, a cheer program for girls Kinder to 12th grade, three sessions of co-op per school year (fall, winter, and spring), field trips, holiday parties, and more to our families. *Please note participation in basketball, cheer, co-op, and some field trips will be an additional fee.
