Kids' learn about three science field on our website, kidsciencechallenge.com, where there is a suite of activities, games, videos, curricula and entry forms for the competition. They submit ideas and if their ideas are chosen, they win prizes and visit and collaborate with scientists to see their ideas come alive. This year's science fields are: Detective Science (forensics), Imagining Sports on Mars and Bio-Inspired Designs. Last year's winners were featured in Scholastic Magazine, Time Magazine for Kids, NPR and the Today Show. We welcome entries from homeschoolers; a number of last year's finalists were home-schooled.
