In this workshop, students will learn the basics of animation and Adobe After Effects to create a collaborative animation. This is an excellent start for any student who is interested in animation! Each student will animate part of a poem provided in the workshop. The student’s animations will be combined to create the full poem. The seminar is broken down into four parts; animation and After Effects basics, studio time, rendering time, and showing of the final animation! Basic computer skills are required. Students should bring a sketchbook and a jump drive to save their work.
