Our experts can help you! Bring your telescope for one-on-one help or, if you want, learn how to use our telescopes.
6:30 - CONCERT with the Secret Society of Science Song Writers of Northwest High School (4SW). Bring chairs or blankets to sit out on the lawn.
7:15 – TELESCOPE HELP and hands-on activities. If you plan on bringing your telescope, please let us know by May 5. We need to know the type and maker so our volunteers can be better prepared to help you; 301-258-6160 or museum@gaithersburgmd.gov.
SOME SPECIFICS: Please don’t bring a bright flashlight; as it is intrusive to watchers. Also, adjust the brightness on any electronic devices. No running water available in the park.Limited accessible parking adjacent to the park. Parking available in Olde Towne and at the Activity Center. Please be considerate of street parking within the neighborhood.
