Class Description A one-day class from 5:30-8:00pm on July 9th. Dust off your sewing machine and learn how to use it! We'll learn how to set up a machine and practice basic skills needed to make any project. This class is intended for people who own a machine but have no experience using it. Special Notes This class will take place on Zoom. Students will receive a link to the classroom 24 hours before the class. Required Supplies -Working Sewing machine -Thread -Heavy paper (card stock or construction paper) -Pencil or Pen -Scissors -Scraps of fabric Instructor(s) Amie Palmer AMIE PALMER is a lifelong fiber arts enthusiast who has been sewing and knitting for over 30 years. Her favorite projects include custom-fitted clothing and creating functional accessories by combining a variety of fiber arts.
