Learn skills on the balance beam, bars, in vaulting and tumbling. Skills are taught in a safe progressive order to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Parents do not attend but are invited to observe the last class. Children are divided into age and skill-level groups. Classes are for ages 5 - 15.
