Film acting camp: youth actors will not only learn about acting on film, they will act on film! From auditions to wrapping the production, actors go through the entire process of participating in a digital short film, all in an educational, instructional and fun environment. Learn character development, acting skills, camera technique and the differences and similarities between stage and film acting. Each camp is limited to 10 participants; the script is custom written for the students enrolled. A digital copy of the completed short film will be provided to the student after the conclusion of the camp. Verve has been offering this camp for 11 years and it is led by professional filmmakers and actors. Some of the past films are available for viewing on the Verve Studios' YouTube Channel.
