Thrive Communities in Arizona

Thrive Communities is a one day per week drop off program offering classes in History, Science, Art and Literature. Students are grouped in age range cohorts, and rotate together to the classes. We have a strong focus on building community for our families. Parents are not required to volunteer, and we also offer field trips and events outside of our weekly program. Speakers League of Arizona

Speakers League of Arizona is a homeschool public speaking club in Goodyear, Arizona that will meet every first and third Friday of the month, from 3:30pm-5:00pm, between September and June. Speakers League of Arizona (recommended for ages 10 and up) helps kids bypass or overcome a fear of public speaking in an encouraging environment. In Speakers League of Arizona, children will learn how to: give a speech, speak off-the-cuff, evaluate a speech, and run a meeting. Children will build their confidence skills, leadership skills, develop friendships, and much more! Children's Cancer Network

H.O.P.E. Honoring Our Peers Everyday from Children’s Cancer Network, is a 50-minute interactive program created by educators, parents/siblings of childhood cancer, as well as nurses and child life specialists to help bring awareness to the journey a family travels with childhood cancer. H.O.P.E. teaches children how to honor their peers through the lens of childhood cancer. Interactive and age appropriate, K-1, 2-3, 4-6 and 7-12 presentations, engage students using education, compassion and a call to action. H.O.P.E. emphasizes building an inclusive environment and honor for all peers. A resource box of pre-and post- activities is available to each family.

HOPE Christian Academy - Chandler, Arizona

HOPE Christian Academy is a K-8 hybrid that blends classroom and home learning. Parents teach the provided lessons on Monday and Wednesday, and students are taught by professional teachers Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The staff at HOPE values the input of parents and enjoys collaborating toward the same goal: well-educated children who love the Lord eith their whole heart. HOPE is currently offering half priced tuition to eighth grade students when another sibling is enrolled.
