The educational program today is called The Wonderful World of Worms. It will begin at 10:30 and conclude by 12:30. The guide will teach about the importance of composting. We will also talk about the role worms play in composting. The anatomy of a worm will be discussed and why they are such great composters! Bring some food scraps in a small baggie as we will demonstrate how to build a compost pile. Feeding the farm animals and a hayride are also included. Everyone will pot a plant in our compost soil to take home! Cost is $7.00. Parents and children under 2 are free. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
