The Holiday Season is fast approaching. Step away from the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping to enjoy an unforgettable night at the Historic Daniel Boone Home and Boonesfield Village. The Annual Candlelight Tour will be held on Friday and Saturday December 4, 5, 11, and 12th, 2009 from 6pm to 9pm. The entire Daniel Boone Home and Boonesfield Village will be illuminated by thousands of candles lighting each building and walkway. Families and friends will be able to walk the meandering paths of time viewing decorations from the past and hearing the songs of holiday music fill the air. Artisans, musicians, choirs, and town folks greet and entertain guests as they make their way through the homes and shops of yesteryear. Hot drink and cookies will be offered to all visitors. Admission for the event is $15 for adults and $10 for children (ages 4-11). Advanced tickets are available now through November 25, 2009. Advanced tickets are $13 for adults and $8 for children.
