This is a great introduction geared toward children as to the importance of composting and how worms help in the process! We will learn all about the worms and have an opportunity to watch them in our barn classroom. Bring a baggie of old food scraps as we will go through the steps in making a compost pile. The children will pot a plant to take home. A hayride and feeding the farm animals is also included. Tour time: 10-11:30 A.M.
