This is a fun and creative class that teaches kids about clay, potters tools, painting, firing and glazing techniques as they develop their hand building techniques. Come once, or come every Friday between 10am-12pm, it’s a completely flexible schedule. We do ask that you notify us within 5 days prior to attending. Before potters had the wheel, they were creating spectacular pots and clay forms, using only clay, their hands, and a minimum of tools. We will be exploring projects such as pinch pots, coil pots, slabs, and some special Spring projects I have planned.
