The MMCM will feature special programs between noon and 3 pm. Visit the Art Mart and create a diva wand or beaded bracelet. Choose a diva face paint design. Meet the Saginaw and Bay County Pageant Queens and Princesses and enjoy a talent show. Stylists from Shapers Hair Salon and Spa will demonstrate the latest little diva hair styles, accessories and nail art. Specialty items will be available for purchase. Princess Pie sells hair clips and tutus in sizes infant to 12. Wear your tu-tu or princess attire and get $1 off your admission. Don’t forget your camera!
