Friends Learning Together (FLT) is a group of Christian homeschooling families seeking to provide families with opportunities to learn, play, and grow together as friends and as children of God. FLT offers academic classes and social activities for families with children in preschool-middle school. FLT meets on Mondays for class at Christian Fellowship Church. On Wednesday afternoons FLT meets for recess (optional) and two Fridays per month for field trips (optional). Kindergarten-5th grade classes include science, history, geography and public speaking. Middle school participates in the same classes as well as literature and writing.

We are a group of like-minded homeschool families who value effective communication, critical thinking, and character development. We work together as a team to give students the tools, honest feedback, and experience necessary to help them become great communicators.

Boots and Roots at River Farm meets Mondays and Fridays 9-12 pm. The program creates the opportunity for children, aged four through six, to engage with Virginia’s rich local flora and fauna. This three-hour, all-outdoor program combines active exploration of the natural world with literature, literacy, science, music, art, and Biblical content. The “delight-driven” emergent curriculum offers social, artistic, academic, relational, spiritual, and physical learning, based both on teacher-initiated and child-initiated goals and activities. The program is held on the American Horticultural Society’s stunning 25-acre property located along the Potomac River, just south of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.

The Alexandria Cooperative Kindergarten is for homeschooling families who want time for play and exploration with other children. The co-op is currently for kindergarten age children, but will grow into a mixed age group over time. The group will meet 2-3 times weekly for music and art classes, field trips to local areas of interest and social learning time. Families are welcomed to tailor participation to their needs and interests. Other special activities will be offered as we grow! Annually September through May

ConnectED is a non-profit educational co-op serving Weber and Davis County homeschool families for students in grades 5-12. It provides high-quality yet reasonably priced à la carte classes and a supportive community for teens and their families.

Fire Canyon Academy is a non-denominational Christian community of home-schooling families in the St. George, UT area who create educational and enriching experiences for youth. We strive to offer opportunities for homeschooling families of youth 12 and older to connect with quality peers, deepen existing friendships, provide opportunities for increased spirituality as well as provide an environment that encourages learning. Fire Canyon Academy will meet Mondays, and offer classes from 8:45am-2:00 pm. There are two semester sessions held during the academic school year. Classes meet at the Broadway Bound Building, formerly known as Brigham's Playhouse, in Washington Utah.
