PBC Homeschoolers
Palm Beach County Homeschoolers, Inc. is an inclusive volunteer-run homeschool support group open to local Palm Beach County, Florida homeschoolers regardless of beliefs, ethnicity, or homeschooling style. Our focus is on homeschooling with an aim to provide friendly, low-cost support with social and educational opportunities for all. PBCH is an incorporated, not-for-profit group.
In normal times, we have regular park meetings and a wide variety of activities such as field trips, clubs, classes, talent show, science fair, geography fair, prom, and more. We have transitioned back to offering such events in person once again as of the 2021-2022 school year.
Those who wish to join must first contact us, fill out our membership form, and pay our annual dues. These can be done online if you contact our membership secretary. We ask members to volunteer at least once a year.
Park meetings are (at this writing) held in the Royal Palm Beach area twice a month on Friday mornings. Contact us for verification of the location, days and times.
Some of the other advantages of joining PBC Homeschoolers include proof of membership (allowing you to receive teacher and homeschooler discounts) and access to our members-only sites for homeschooling support, events, and online resources. Membership is required for participation in our classes, events, field trips, and clubs.
