| Description: The Juneau Home Educators Association is a group of Juneau homeschooling families which meets monthly to discuss issues which are of interest to the group, and to encourage one another.

| Benefits: Members of the group arrange several field trips for the children each year. In the 2003/2004 year, there was a ride on a school bus, a visit to the Dipac hatchery's saltwater aquarium, a visit to the Post Office, a visit to the local Humane Society, and other trips. |
