Geographic Area Serving: Casper, Wyoming
Description: Casper Homeschool Cooperative was organized during the summer of 2008 with a vision to create a Christ-centered learning experience for enhancing the homeschool community in the Casper area. We have strived to provide an opportunity to encourage families and expose children to topics and activities we may not be covering in their curriculums at home. We have worked to create a Co-op and include Professional Enrichment Classes for homeschooled children, ages 0 years to 12th grade, outside the home. CHC meets once a week on Fridays at College Heights Community Center in Casper. Our program will consist of a Welcome at 8:45 for a short devotion, worship and prayer. Then Professional and Co-op classes will run from 9:00 to 12:00.
Requirements: Membership in CHC is a one-year commitment. To participate with our program parents commit to contributing a $15 Registration Fee, being on campus during Co-op hours, teaching or assisting at least two hours, being on the clean-up crew a maximum of two times a semester, and helping with one Special Event activity for the school year.
Benefits: CHC provides opportunities with field trips and brings in Special Presentations on Assembly Days once a month. We also host special events such as: a Christmas Party, Special Days (i.e. Hat Day) Valentines Exchange, and an End of the Year Party. In the future, we hope to also include a Science Fair and Talent Show. We work in conjunction with many of the "homeschooler" focused events that are offered to our homeschool community and try to provide as many opportunities as possible for our families to attend all the events.

Our Support Group offers such things as field trips, special outings, campouts, activities and most importantly support for homeschooling families. Second is our Cooperative which focuses on our child's educational needs. We do not require our members to sign a statement of faith in order to participate. We encourage members to focus on similarities and respect differences.
