Description: I had structured this group to meet on Thursdays at the Bountiful park at 10AM. Once a month I meet depending on my schedule for ideas of everyone to meet and do outings. At the monthly meetings it is the best time for everyone to help each other who are having issues on homeschooling. I will post letters of the activities to everyone who posts into my group. Feel free to contact me if any other questions.
Requirements: There is no requirements in this group. The only thing I require of anyone who meets is to have fun. And most importantly enjoy homeschooling and enjoy your kids while it lasts.
Benefits: Updated once a month newsletters of all the planned activities and play dates and most importantly our homeschool group meetings.

Description: Homeschool-ING stands for Homeschool Inclusive Network and Group. It provides a homeschooling network where families can communicate questions, concerns, or other needs, as well as plan and participate in regular group activities. Homeschool-ING primarily serves the Provo and Orem areas in Utah County, although families from other locations are welcome to join. Our goal is to provide a nonjudgmental and inclusive support network in which homeschooling families actively participate and facilitate in regular social and educational opportunities.
Requirements: Guiding Principles 1. There are many different styles and approaches to homeschooling. All our conversation must be kind, considerate, and respectful. 2. Homeschooling families need regular and predictable social opportunities to provide their children with a well-rounded education. We seek others who are looking to create long-term homeschooling friendships. 3. By pooling our resources, we are be able to provide broader educational experiences for our children. 4. We are considerate and act responsibly during any group activity, including field trips, parties, and other social activities. 5. Description: SLHE is a support group created to offer support and information to all home educators regardless of race, religion, learning, and teaching styles, etc. all ages of children are welcome. We operate on a volunteer basis. If you don't find what you need, you are welcome to plan any event, field trip, park day, workshop, class, or newsletter article. We encourage and support you to find what methods and experiences work best in your homeschooling endeavors. Meetings are held at the Barnes & Noble in Murray on 5300 south and State Street. The 3rd Wednesday of the month, meeting starts at 7:00 pm. There are meetings every month EXCEPT December, June, July and August. We will sometimes have a pot luck dinner in July and August and meet at a park.
Requirements: None, but volunteers are always appreciated
Benefits: We have monthly activities, planned field trips, plays, Utah Symphony performance, culture club, Mothers day Art show, Convention with Charlotte Mason group.

Description: WHEN is a co-operative homeschool support network in the Utah County area in Utah. Its purpose is to aid homeschooling families in their efforts by organizing newsletters, support group meetings, field trips, and activities such as science fairs, spelling bees, etc. WHEN's mission is to foster " whole family" education by supporting high standards and values, promoting awareness, and encouraging achievement. We have over 200 families involved in our group.
Requirements: All of our members are required to help out on one of our many committees. Each member agrees to serve on one committee and then can participate in as many other activities as desired. Committees elect their own chairperson and operate as they see fit. Members have the opportunity to change committees yearly. A president and vice-president serve two-year terms and help oversee committees and admit new members.
Benefits: WHEN Provides a Wasatch Web email list and a website as a resource to support and network with each other and receive announcements. Members also receive a quarterly newsletter. Activities include the following: Arts Festival, Choir, Field Trips, Geography Bee, History Fair, Hero's Day, Holiday Parties, Mom's Night out, Park Days, School Pictures, Science Fair, Service Projects, Spelling Bee, Support Group, Teen Scene, Theater, Used Curriculum Sales and more.
