The Acadia Institute of Oceanography is designed to immerse students in a marine environment and allow them to explore their options for a future in the field. The Environmental Education Program at Grand Canyon National Park currently offers six curriculum-based education programs. Programs cover the topics of geology, natural history, and human history.  Programs are from two to five hours in length. Pre-registration is required and program dates fill up quickly.
