For over fifty years, children have come to experience life on our family farm. Campers help care for the animals and harvest vegetables in addition to regular camp activities, which include: arts & crafts, camping/hiking, drama/theater, nature appreciation, river tubing and cooperative games. Centauri Summer Arts is a nurturing sleep-over camp that offers arts training for young people aged 8-18 from North America and worldwide. Our sessions are 8 or 14 days in length; campers choose from 40 programs including film, theatre, dance, singing, stage combat, music, comedy, television, art, photography and creative writing. Instructors are experienced teachers and professionals, and electives include leadership programs. Our goal is to create a supportive, educational environment where young people can explore creative interests, making memories and friends to last a lifetime.

Danbury Arena offers a variety of programs in hockey and skating for all ages and abilities. Our highly qualified and trained staff will teach tots all the way through adults how to skate and play hockey. We have small child to teacher ratios and an emphasis on fun. We offer group outings as well. We offer specialized programs for homeschoolers and their families.

Floyd Hall Arena, a State of the art ice arena on the campus of Montclair State serves all levels. Programs include Public Skating Sessions; Learn-to-Skate Classes; Hockey Clinics; Summer Day Camp; and Skating Birthday Parties! Wednesdays feature Learn-to-Skate Classes for home education students with tours and outings.

Women in Engineering and Engineering Scholars Program are scholarship programs, providing academically talented students a chance to explore their abilities and interests through hands-on, discovery-based learning programs, while getting a feel for college life. SYP programs allow students to explore a variety of fields, interests, and adventures through laboratory, classroom, and field experiences. All of this can be done while interacting with students from over 35 states and countries.

Play-Well TEKnologies provides project-based programs designed to teach principles and methods of engineering to children, ages 5 - 14, using LEGO®. Our curriculum is designed by engineers, building on the math and science skills students learn during the school year. Utilizing over 100,000 pieces of LEGO® for each class, we engage our students in solving real-world engineering challenges that explore concepts in physics, architecture, and engineering. All while fostering a greater appreciation of how things work, and encourage the qualities of inquisitiveness, self-reliance, and self-confidence in children.

An historic overnight girls summer camp located in the mountains of North Carolina near Brevard. Established in 1921, it provides a diverse program of horseback riding, outdoor adventure, sports, arts, and other activities. Girls ages 6-16 attend for 2-, 3- or 4-week sessions. Accredited by the American Camp Association.

No other summer program offers as many face-to-face encounters to closely observe and study whales, dolphins, porpoises, seals and puffins in their natural habitat. Through direct observation, scientific data collection and hands-on experience with marine science equipment, the Whale Camp is a place where exploration, inspiration and learning abound. Whale Camp nurtures you to be comfortable with yourself, value others, have fun, improve self esteem and make lasting friends. YMCA Family Camp Nawakwa serves groups and families all year long. We host many home school campers and are an affordable north woods family destination.
